Effective October 1, 2007, the Federal Bureau of Investigation has changed the fee
that they are charging to process their portion of background checks.
Therefore, OFI has reduced the background check fee from $50.00 to $45.25 per person to
reflect this change. If you are submitting a new application or renewal application
